Pay: Annual earning potential of $60,000 to $150,000+

Schedule: Full time, Saturday availability required

Who We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of previous dealership sales experience, Mercedes-Benz experience preferred
• Prior experience in similar client-facing sales roles
• Familiarity with dealership management systems
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers both in-store and online
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on their needs and lifestyle
• Conduct product presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (features, technology, trim levels)
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $60,000 to $150,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
