Bilingual Recruiter

Recruiter PositionThe Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees for Farouk Systems, Inc. Recruiting functions will range in positions from Warehouse/Manufacturing to Administrative/Professional.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for full cycle recruiting for all Farouk Systems, Inc. openings.Work closely with department/hiring managers to fill existing and future job openings.Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, walk-ins via pre applications, staffing agencies and referrals, etc.Review and evaluate applicant qualifications.Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.Conduct pre-screening interviews to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.Provide qualified candidates to department/hiring managers for interviews for their consideration.Conduct pre-employment screening for final selected candidates, including background and reference checks, as well as coordinating drug screens.Conduct New Hire Orientations for newly hired employees to complete the on boarding process.Maintain applicant tracking and interview logs for each open position.Hire applicants according to company employment procedures and legal regulations.Advise managers and employees of staffing policies and procedures.Participates in the design and placement of employment ads and job postings.Post job openings on company website and other internet job boards.Other duties as assigned.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience required.Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.5+ years of experience in a Recruiting function.Knowledge of an HRIS database, specifically ADP preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Skills & Abilities:Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Ability to interact with others in a professional and efficient manner.Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and employees.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
