We're excited to offer Occupational Therapy services and are looking for a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our passionate and supportive team.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized assessments, clinical observation, and caregiver input
• Develop individualized plans of care based on evaluation results
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions tailored to client needs
• Maintain full-time caseload with consistent and accurate documentation (daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries)
• Update care plans based on progress and reassessment
• Collaborate with caregivers and provide home programming support
• Create visual supports and sensory tools for clients
• Participate in staff trainings, interdisciplinary meetings, and assist the OT Director as needed
• Travel between clinic locations as necessary

 

Qualifications

• Valid Texas OT License in good standing (ECPTOTE & NBCOT)
• Valid NPI and CAQH profile
• Pediatric experience preferred (1+ year)
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to work with children and therapy equipment
• Reliable transportation
