Train, coach, supervise, monitor and assist technicians with their performance. Communicate with team leaders to determine status of jobs. Review open repair orders daily. Communicate with various dealership personnel daily about open work orders. Perform quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers. Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations. Follow company safety procedures. Comply and adhere to General Motors guidelines for warranty and general repairs.
