- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing communications team by establishing clear priorities, operating rhythms, accountability and growth opportunities while fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Partner with franchisees and Operations leaders to translate business strategies, operational priorities and complex initiatives into clear, coordinated and actionable communications that drive understanding and execution across the Domino’s system.
- Manage and optimize communications channels, content strategies and audience engagement approaches, using data, feedback, performance metrics and insights to improve effectiveness and refine strategy, channels, content and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide strategic oversight of storytelling, content and creative execution, ensuring communications are compelling, audience-focused and aligned with the Domino’s brand.

- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the judgment and versatility to adapt messaging for different leaders, channels and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting major business initiatives, organizational change, issues management and crisis communications.
- Ability to understand how communications can contribute to alignment, execution, reputation and business performance.
- Excellent judgment, discretion and composure, particularly when managing confidential, sensitive or rapidly evolving matters.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build trusted relationships across functions and organizational levels.
- Strong people leadership skills and a record of developing engaged, high-performing teams.
