Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and develop a clientele for life.
• Provide a professional, welcoming, and exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process.
• Use consultative selling skills by asking questions, listening carefully, and understanding each customer's needs and budget.
• Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Hyundai products, features, technology, options, and current inventory.
• Conduct professional and engaging new and used vehicle demonstrations.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to build relationships, generate referrals, and encourage repeat business.
• Develop effective techniques for overcoming objections and confidently navigating sales situations.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales processes.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve individual and dealership goals.
• Stay motivated, professional, and positive while bringing your A-game every day.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but paid training is available.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or other sales experience is welcomed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build your own book of business.
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
