We are seeking experienced well rounded, carpentry professionals who excel in both rough AND finish carpentry , thrive in high-end residential settings, and take true pride in their craft. What We're Looking For

• A dedicated craftsman with proven experience in rough in framing, finish carpentry, or related trades.
• Someone who is hands-on, confident, and precise , with the ability to solve challenges on-site.
• A professional who understands the importance of client experience and represents our company with integrity, strong communication, and a polished presence.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation : Must own an insured truck or van suitable for construction work.
• Fully equipped : Possess a complete set of tools necessary for carpentry and related tasks.
• Experience : 3-5 years in residential construction, with a focus on rough and finish carpentry.
• Professionalism : Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Work ethic : Strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be local to apply - if looking to relocate to San Diego, apply when you get here.

Compensation: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
