Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals to drive store success
• Merchandise products to create an inviting retail environment
• Track inventory and conduct product research to keep offerings fresh
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct client tours and manage client database and filing
• Lead staff management and ensure team accountability
• Create and manage engaging social media content

Necessary Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail and customer service experience
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and various shifts
• High school degree or equivalent
• 3 professional references
