What You'll Do
- Assist with electrophysiology procedures including cardiac ablation, device implantations, and lead extractions
- Perform baseline measurements, arrhythmia induction, and cardiac mapping
- Program and manage pacemakers, defibrillators, and other devices
- Support cardioversion and conduction studies
- Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during complex procedures
- Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to all protocols
- Collaborate closely with cardiology teams to deliver high-quality patient care
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or cardiac catheterization lab
- Proficiency in Epic electronic health record system
- Experience with electrophysiology procedures and devices
- Prior experience as a travel nurse in similar settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading facility in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in cardiac electrophysiology. The RN will be working in a dedicated EP Lab conducting advanced cardiac procedures such as device implantations, ablations, and arrhythmia management.
