Account Coordinator

Overview Our client is a company that represents a portfolio of luxury brands. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to support their partner brands. Salary / Hourly Rate $22/hr Position Overview The Account Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and timely fulfillment of client orders. This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate must be able to commute to the office 3 days a week. Responsibilities Support end-to-end order management, including monitoring, manual entry, and tracking to ensure smooth processing. Identify and help resolve order-related issues such as credit holds, inventory constraints, pricing discrepancies, and quota limitations to maintain timely fulfillment. Assist in tracking at-risk orders approaching cancellation and coordinate adjustments to delivery timelines as needed. Communicate order status proactively and clearly, while contributing to operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration and project support. Required Experience / Skills At least 1 year of experience supporting customer orders or account coordination activities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. Preferred Experience / Skills Experience or familiarity with inventory processes and enterprise systems is preferred. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
