Director, Product Management - Privileged Access Management

• Own the complete lifecycle of key product areas, from initial concept and strategic roadmap to successful launch and ongoing evolution
• Understand customer needs and market dynamics to define product requirements for engineering
• Develop and refine product strategies, competitive positioning, and market opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, secure, scalable identity security solutions
• Work with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies and product positioning
• Use data, insights, and AI-driven analytics to monitor product performance and identify enhancements
• Advise and advocate for product areas internally and externally to build relationships and drive adoption
• Champion new product initiatives and communicate their value and strategic importance to leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex B2B SaaS products
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile development environment
• Track record of conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Proven experience defining and managing software product roadmaps and requirements
• Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and solutions
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with API design and integration strategies
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and engage in detailed product discussions with engineering
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
