Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Management : Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing staff schedules, assist with purchasing, organizing meetings, and maintaining departmental records.
• Project Coordination : Coordinate and oversee department projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication between team members and other departments.
• Budget Management : Assist in managing departmental budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
• Communication : Serve as a liaison between department personnel and customers handling correspondence and addressing queries or scheduling.
• Staff Support : Assist in the hiring process, performance evaluations, and training of staff within the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for managing records and documentation.
• Problem solving Abilities : Capable of identifying and resolving operational issues within the department. xhqgsiq

Experience with Microsoft office and project management software a plus

Minimum 2 year college degree

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. This in an onsite position only, remote/hybrid work is not offered.
