Industrial PainterTrillium Staffing is currently seeking industrial painters for a direct hire industrial painter opportunity with a well-established manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area. This industrial painter role focuses on applying industrial-grade coatings to large fabricated steel components used in heavy-duty lifting equipment shipped worldwide.Industrial painter responsibilities include preparing paint materials and maintaining painting equipment, prepping steel beams and components for coating application, operating within a spray booth environment, applying industrial-grade coatings to sandblasted steel surfaces, following all safety procedures for handling and disposing of paint materials, and supporting additional duties as assigned.Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance (effective first of the month after hire), paid short-term disability and parental leave, 401(k) with company match after 30 days, paid vacation and holidays available upon hire, HSA with employer contribution, semi-annual incentive bonus program, training and advancement opportunities, and overtime available.1st shift: Monday - Thursday 5:45AM - 3:15PM, Friday - 6:45 AM - 10:45AM (1/2 day Fridays). 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday 2:30PM – 1:00AM (3-day weekend).
