Job TitleWe're looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone's journeys better.The position is responsible for inventory levels in the unit, communicating inventories to the customers, ordering customers' equipment as may be necessary, and coordinating all deliveries to ensure on time delivery for daily needs.Payrate: $23.00Location: 30 Inip Dr, Inwood, NY 11096BenefitsPaid time off401k, with company matchCompany sponsored life insuranceMedical, dental, vision plansVoluntary short-term/long-term disability insuranceVoluntary life, accident, and hospital plansEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee DiscountsFree hot healthy meals for unit operations rolesMain Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains accurate inventoryResponsible for reporting inventories per customer specificationsResponsible for meeting customer deadlines for inventory/shipping reportingResponsible for checking the completeness and accuracy of job performanceActs as the point of contact with production for the Buyer relaying issues and suggestions for resolutionMaintains equipment area according to unit policiesResponsible for locking dock doors when not in useEnsures all security procedures are enforcedEnsures that all products are properly stored before the end of the shiftWork with management staff to improve performance of the unitPrepares administrative reports as requiredResponsible for safety, quality and compliance to customer specificationsQualificationsEducation:High School graduate or equivalent is requiredSome college is preferredWork Experience:1 year of warehouse experience, scheduling and financial acumenIn-flight catering experience is highly desired, or experience in a high-volume food service industryAbility to juggle multiple tasks without losing priorityCurrent or previous labor relations experience is a plus, but not requiredCandidate should be comfortable with all levels of employees and have the ability to drive positive program changeTechnical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentExcellent time management skills requiredAbility to handle multiple tasks without losing focus on prioritiesStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills requiredMust be innovative and have the ability to make changes to the operation as needed to further improve the work environment and unit performanceExperience with menu design a plusBasic computer skills required.
