This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards, maintains financial accuracy through effective reporting and controls, and consistently delivers operational excellence. The Store Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.Extra Space Storage is the largest self-storage company in the United States by store count, with over 4,000 stores nationwide.
