Job Description We are seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Associate to perform essential warehouse operations for a leading independent seed corn producer. Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments of seed.

• Sort and organize products efficiently within the warehouse.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality .

• Operate all equipment within established safety guidelines .

• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Essential Skills

• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks .

• Strong general labor skills.

• Ability to follow strict quality and safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs .

• Capability to stand on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

• Willingness to wear required protective gear, including gloves, safety glasses, and earbuds.

Work Environment This is a contract position based in Ames, Iowa . The work is performed in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
