Position Overview CDL Class A or B OTR Team Needed OTR. Truck may be parked at home or a FedEx location near Gary, IN during home time. Location OTR Team Employment Type 1099 Drivers | Full-Time OTR Team Responsibilities This is a full-time, over-the-road team driving position operating under FedEx authority, utilizing the FedEx Custom Critical load board to secure high value, temperature control freight. Non-forced dispatch – you choose the loads you want to take with optional assistance from management. This role is ideal for experienced teams seeking high miles, reliable pay, and well-maintained equipment.
