Job TitleMinimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims management.Proven experience managing a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts.Strong understanding of the claims life cycle and the insurance ecosystem.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience and/or alternative qualifications will be considered.
