ECR Siding LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing siding installation team.
We specialize in installing vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia on new-construction residential homes throughout Mid-Michigan.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We provide paid, hands-on training for individuals interested in learning a skilled trade.
Starting pay is $20 per hour, with experienced applicants eligible for up to $35 per hour, depending on skills and qualifications.
We're expanding our operations and looking for motivated individuals interested in long-term employment and career advancement.
Job Responsibilities Measure, cut, and prepare vinyl siding materials.
Assist with siding, soffit, and fascia installation.
Learn proper siding installation techniques. Operate construction tools and cutting equipment.
Load, unload, and organize materials.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Work alongside experienced installers and crew leaders.
Assist with job-site setup and cleanup. Requirements
No experience required — we will train! Previous construction experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation is required.
Must be comfortable working at heights.
Must be physically capable of performing outdoor construction work.
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to read a tape measure is preferred.
Must work well with others and follow instructions.
Compensation & Benefits $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
Biweekly pay — every two weeks.
Direct W-2 employment — not a 1099 position.
Up to 40 hours per week, weather permitting.
40 hours of paid time off after six months of employment.
Opportunities for wage increases as skills improve.
Advancement opportunities into experienced installer and crew leadership positions.
Monday through Friday, weather permitting.
This is an outdoor construction position.
Hours may vary depending on weather conditions and project scheduling.
Employees typically work approximately 30–40 hours per week
$22.55 - $53.48 per hour
