Job Description

This is a paid social role measured on acquisition, not impressions. We're looking for a Sr. Associate to own paid social planning and execution end to end for a high-growth consumer team, building campaigns that bring in new customers at scale.

You'll shape the plan and do the work. This role is equally about smart planning and getting into platform-level optimization, making fast, data-informed calls with minimal oversight. Over time you become the team's trusted voice on what's working in paid social: what's driving acquisition, how performance compares to benchmarks, which platform shifts actually matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid social campaign execution, from media planning and budget allocation through in-platform buying, optimization, and reporting.
• Lead paid social planning and reporting across all major platforms, building and optimizing every campaign against acquisition and performance KPIs.
• Develop campaign strategies and in-platform optimization recommendations in partnership with social media managers and internal stakeholders, using performance data to guide bidding, targeting, and budget decisions.
• Serve as the team's go-to expert on paid social acquisition, bringing that perspective into broader business conversations.
  Analyze campaign data, surface the insights that matter, and recommend changes that drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience with current, in-platform buying expertise. Recent, demonstrable experience is crucial.
• Proficiency with Sprinklr and the major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• A track record of campaigns measured on acquisition and performance KPIs, not reach or engagement.
• Strong analytical skills. You know how to spot trends, find efficiencies, and uncover opportunities.
• Comfortable presenting social strategy and performance to senior stakeholders in a global organization.
• Strong project management skills, able to run multiple campaigns for multiple businesses at once.

• A proactive communicator who raises questions early and manages up effectively.
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running. This environment has little formal training or ramp-up, and you're expected to contribute from the start.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Works well with a team but doesn't depend on one to get work done.
