What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Float across multiple departments and South Region locations
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Adapt confidently to different patient populations and clinical environments
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and the patient experience

What You’ll Need

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or a multistate nursing license from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Clinical competence in the care and management of acute care patients
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers—or an approved equivalent—within 90 days of hire
• At least 12 months of recent inpatient hospital nursing experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

BSN Education Requirement

Upon hire, a non-BSN nurse with less than one year of licensed RN experience must:

• Enroll in a BSN or higher nursing degree program
• Be accepted into a program within 15 months of hire
• Complete the program within five years of enrollment—or six years for an MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing
