Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial Date Posted: 6/24/2026 Date Available: Immediately Summary of the Custodial Services Supervisor position: The Custodial Services Supervisor organizes, coordinates, assigns, and supervises district-wide custodial operations to ensure school facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, healthy, and secure condition conducive to teaching and learning. This position provides direct supervision and leadership to custodial employees, develops work schedules/assignments and cleaning programs, oversees training and quality assurance, maintains inventory and equipment, and serves as a liaison between the Director of Buildings and Grounds, district administrators, building administrators, maintenance personnel, and custodial staff. The Custodial Services Supervisor is a working supervisor and may perform custodial duties and assist with emergency response, snow removal, special events, and staffing shortages when necessary. Salary: Mid to high range $65,000 -$78,000 - Commensurate with experience.
