What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.

• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.

• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations when needed.

• Ensure all takeout and dine in orders are accurate before they leave the counter.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure fast and accurate service.

• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and support other team members as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.

• Reliable transportation.

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
