Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and passionate educator to serve as our Student Services Testing Proctor for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full‑time, 10‑month faculty position (beginning in August 2026) will work across pre‑K‑8 grade levels to support student success. Ideal Candidates Collaborative, student‑centered professionals with experience in or a willingness to develop expertise in social‑emotional learning, technology‑rich practices, and differentiated support for students with diverse learning styles and needs. The candidate should be highly organized, skilled at calendaring and planning, and able to coordinate and oversee testing processes with accuracy, care, and professionalism. Responsibilities Knowledge and understanding of the developmental stages and needs of students Work with students who are having academic difficulty and/or returning to school after an extended absence Proctor testing for all LS and MS students, including accommodations such as extended testing time and supervision of small groups Oversee and schedule small group testing; assist in ERB/CTP‑5 standardized test scheduling and proctoring Show willingness to develop or maintain expertise in social‑emotional learning Collaboratively plan with the student services team Perform assigned duties such as carpool, lunch, and recess duties Cover academic and non‑academic classes (e.g., study hall, homeroom) as needed Demonstrate effective classroom management Maintain effective and timely communication with colleagues and administrators Participate in professional development opportunities to learn and utilize innovative tools and techniques that improve student learning Requirements Possess a growth mindset Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with students, department chairs, faculty, staff, and parents A positive attitude A bachelor’s degree is required Please submit an online application for employment and attach a cover letter and resume.
