We're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our experienced team. This opportunity comes as part of a planned retirement, offering the chance to step into a thriving practice with a loyal client base and strong mentorship from veterinarians with decades of combined experience.

What We're Looking For 2+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong medical, surgical, and communication skills A collaborative, compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care A great sense of humor and the ability to enjoy the day-to-day moments that make veterinary medicine rewarding Interest in seeing pocket pets and rabbits is a plus Oregon veterinary license (or eligibility for licensure)

About Our Practice

Our hospital is equipped with digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory services, a surgical suite, and modern surgical and new dental machine to support efficient, high-quality medicine. We are committed to Fear Free handling techniques and creating positive experiences for pets, clients, and team members alike. As well as being paperless with utilizing Impromed as our practice management software, and integrated with CoVet as our AI scribe platform.

Qualifications

Required Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date Minimum of two years of clinical veterinary experience

Preferred Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine Strong mentorship, communication, and leadership skills Proven adaptability, initiative, and team-building abilities

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
