Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from role intake through to placement confirmation.
• Collaborate as a Client Partner, fully grasping and addressing their hiring needs and cultural fit.
• Strategically Source talent using our advanced CRM/ATS as well as your own professional network.
• Utilize Our Dynamic Platform to manage candidates effectively, streamline your outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that foster ongoing client satisfaction and generate significant commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we collectively elevate both our brand and your personal brand.
