Behavioral Health Patient Liaison

Description Patient Placement Center Specialist supports care for Providence St Joseph Health (PSJH) patients by coordinating the patient intake process. He/she will be involved in taking and triaging calls, and facilitating inbound and outbound transfers for/from PSJH facilities. The employee will be responsible for assisting team to problem solve complex critical cases and situations. Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years of healthcare related experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field Pay and Compensation Pay Range: $24.82 - $37.98 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. The amounts listed are the base pay range.
