Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
Answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles
A professional appearance (no visible tattoos or long nails)
