Experienced LPN 

Neurosurgical Practice – Clinic Only (No Nights, Weekends, or Hospital Call)

A busy and well-established private neurosurgical practice in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team.

This is a full-time, clinic-only position supporting a busy neurosurgeon. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No holidays

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the neurosurgeon during clinic sessions
• Scheduling surgeries and coordinating pre-operative testing
• Ordering diagnostic tests and imaging studies
• Answering and returning patient phone calls
• Preparing and documenting patient charts
• Performing various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• Current Virginia LPN license 
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or specialty practice
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care

Preferred Experience

• Experience in surgical scheduling
• Neurosurgery, orthopedics, or other specialty practice experience is a plus
