The Role: We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in a clinical capacity, with a focus on psychological evaluation and assessment services. Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations across a range of referral types including ADHD, autism spectrum, medical clearance, disability, and specialty forensic evaluations Provide individual therapy consistent with your training and clinical specialties Produce timely, well-written clinical reports and maintain documentation within our EMR Collaborate with our clinical team and coordinate with referring providers as appropriate Maintain a sustainable caseload aligned with practice needs and your professional preferences Qualifications: Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program in Psychology Active, unrestricted Texas license as a Licensed Psychologist Demonstrated training and experience in psychological assessment and testing PSYPACT authority preferred, or willingness to obtain Strong written communication skills and timely documentation habits Collegial, team-oriented disposition What We Offer: Competitive fee-for-service compensation with a structured ramp-up period Full administrative, billing, and scheduling support Broad insurance panel with established payer relationships Active contract referral streams providing consistent evaluation volume Flexibility in scheduling with telehealth and in-person options A supportive, faith-informed team culture with experienced clinical leadership Opportunity to grow within a practice that is expanding its specialty service lines Full-time or part-time engagement available - we will structure the role around the right candidate Salt and Light Psychological Services, PLLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
