Responsible for evaluating and coordinating staffing needs and maintaining adequate levels of patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal and employee excellence. Works collaboratively with all Urgent Care Supervisors to accomplish each UCC goal. Serves as administrative leadership for all UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers to resolve issues as they arise (e.g., staffing support, troubleshooting employee, patient and physician issues). Communicates issues and issue resolutions with UCC leadership in a timely manner. Works with other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and functioning center (e.g., security, cleaning staff, biomedical engineering and property management). Estimated salary range: $92,996.80 - $123,685.74 per year, depending on experience.
