DocuWare Corporation - Bilingual Software Support Analyst Location: New Windsor, NY DocuWare Corporation is seeking an experienced Bilingual Software Support Analyst to join our team. This position is ideal for someone seeking a career in software support or with an established background. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. About Us DocuWare is an established software company with over 28 years of leading the document management industry. Job Summary Our software support team works with DocuWare's authorized resellers and customers, providing all levels of support. This bilingual role delivers excellent customer service in English and Spanish, along with technical expertise of the DocuWare product suite. Support is performed through fielding customer telephone calls and/or addressing service requests submitted through our support portal or via email. The successful candidate will work within a team structure to provide timely and quality service to our customers. Job Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer support cases within established time frames. Answer general customer queries. Reproduce and test problems reported by customers. Provide and/or research a proper solution to the submitted support case. Record all aspects of a support case in the CRM. Provide excellent communication and follow-up with customers to ensure a positive relationship. Document bugs and features. Perform any other duties as requested by management. Qualifications Education and Experience: High School Diploma or higher, majoring in a related field. 2-3 years of related experience supporting software products in a customer service environment. Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Spanish. High level of attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems. Proficient with Microsoft Internet Information Server. Experience with databases such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle. Experience with Microsoft Office products and/or supporting third‑party software. Compensation and Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
