Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Primary Responsibilities Lead daily HR operations and provide mentorship to junior team members to promote professional growth. Act as a strategic consultant to executive leadership on talent management and organizational design. Oversee high risk investigations and complex employee relations issues to ensure fair and compliant resolutions. Implement engagement strategies that improve workplace culture and staff retention. Ensure total compliance with state and federal employment laws in collaboration with legal departments. Execute change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth. Required Qualifications A Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, though a Master degree is preferred. A minimum of eight years of progressive HR experience is necessary. At least five years of experience must be in a leadership or management capacity. Proven background in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in coaching and advising senior leadership on organizational challenges. Preferred Skills and Certifications Professional certification such as SHRM CP or PHR is highly desirable. Strong understanding of California labor laws and healthcare regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
