Job Title: In-Home Caregiver (Veteran Client – Wamego, KS)
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) Job Type: Part-Time (Hours TBD; potential to expand into full-time) Location: Wamego, KS Looking for a Flexible, Rewarding Job Serving a Local Veteran?At Assisting Hands Home Care, we are more than just a home care company—we are a supportive, welcoming family. We are seeking compassionate, reliable Part-Time Caregivers to join our team in Wamego, KS to provide dedicated in-home care for a wheelchair-bound Veteran client (and their four friendly dogs!). - Competitive Pay & Fast Access: Earn $15.00 – $17.00/hr with access to On-Demand Pay when you need it.

- Personal Care & Mobility: Assist client with transfers, mobility support (wheelchair care), and personal care routines.
- Pet Care Assistance: Help care for the client's 4 dogs (feeding, letting them out, light pet care support).
- Daily Support: Assist with medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Companionship: Provide empathetic, attentive, and respectful companionship.
- Maintain open, reliable communication with our administrative team.
- Age & Education: Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Dog-Friendly: Must be comfortable and happy working in a home with 4 dogs.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active car insurance.
- Character: A genuinely caring heart for Veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, paired with strong reliability and attention to detail.
