Employee Engagement Coordinator

The Employee Experience coordinator is one of the few people who interact with employees at every level and in every department. The Employee Experience Coordinator owns the end-to-end employee experience at DCL, ensuring that our people feel supported, welcomed, and empowered to do their best work. The best coordinators can cultivate a positive and successful company culture and keep their coworkers motivated. The goal is to make working as pleasant and easy as possible for your employees, guests, and vendors in the office. The role oversees daily office operations, coordinates employee-related processes, and ensures DCL runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities. Employee&CandidateExperience: Assistwithnewhireprocesses,includingcommunication,onboardingcoordination,equipmentrequisitions,andbuilding/parkingaccess. Supportrecruitmentbypostingjobs,conductphonescreens,schedulinginterviews,andbeinganambassadorforcandidates.Ensurehiringmanagersandcandidateshaveaseamlessprocessfrominterviewtoonboarding. Organizeemployeelunches,wellnessprograms,companyevents&morale-buildingactivities AssistwithroutineHRcorrespondenceandpartnerwithmarketingoninternalcommunications. Supportemployeelifecycleprocessessuchasmonthlycheck-insandcoordinatingexitinterviews. Supportleadershipwithspecialprojectsandtasksasneeded. WorkplaceOperations Designandmaintainsafe,clean,andwelcomingofficeenvironmentsalignedwithDCLsculture. Overseevendorandlandlordrelationships,ensuringconsistentoperationsandcomfort. PartnerwithITtomaintainworkplacetechnology(entrysystems,A/V,printers,connectivity). Managesupplies,snacks,andofficebudgets.Ensureconferenceroomsandcommonareasareappropriatelyset-upandstocked. Providegeneraladministrativesupporttomeetongoingcompanyneeds. Qualifications 1yearofHR/adminsupportexperience. Abilitytomanageconfidentialandsensitiveinformationwithprofessionalismanddiscretion. Proficiencyinusingvarioustechnologies.Abletoquicklylearnsystemsandsoftware. Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment. On-sitepositionrequiringconsistentpresenceinthedowntownIndianapolisoffice. May require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 lbs.
