Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services that help patients restore function and mobility
• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based care
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in line with state practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to maximize outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active Washington Physical Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• A passion for helping patients reach their fullest potential

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy treatment and rehabilitation techniques
• Patient evaluation and functional mobility assessment
• Treatment planning and goal setting
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Supervision and delegation of PTAs and rehab techs
