The Opportunity

If you're a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner who wants hospital medicine without working nights, this role is worth a look.

This is a day-shift hospitalist NP position built on rotating 12-hour shifts. You'll join an established hospitalist team. The pay is $115,000–$135,000 , and the package also includes a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and on-site childcare.

Your acute care experience counts here even if most of it came before your NP license. The team prefers candidates with 1–2 years of acute care experience as either a registered nurse or a nurse practitioner. That makes this a realistic route into hospitalist practice for NPs whose strongest inpatient background comes from their RN years.

Your Day-to-Day
