Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of federal and state special education regulations
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Support the development and implementation of individualized educational programs
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to design effective interventions and supports
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and referrals as appropriate
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies based on student response
• Facilitate training for staff and provide resources to promote mental health
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation and reports
