This is a full-time opportunity with a stable, well-established company that values quality, teamwork, and promoting from within. What You'll Do- Assemble electronic components and products using work instructions and blueprints
- Read and follow assembly drawings and wiring diagrams
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies as needed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with your team to meet production goals
- Previous electronic or mechanical assembly experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Comfortable working with small parts and using hand tools
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently

shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Assembling electronic components, circuit boards, and devices according to work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
- Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Soldering electronic components using hand soldering equipment (through-hole and/or surface-mount, depending on the role).
- Installing wires, cables, connectors, switches, and other electrical components.
- Using hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Performing functional testing using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other testing devices.
- Identifying and reporting defects or quality issues and making minor repairs or rework when needed.
- Maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
- Following safety procedures, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols when handling sensitive electronic components.
- Keeping workstations clean and organized according to workplace standards.
