Night time Plumber

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent. • Current Apprentice Plumber License issued by the Baltimore Board of Commissioners of Practical Plumbing. • Four (4) years of progressive plumbing experience, including at least one (1) year as a Maintenance Plumber I or equivalent.

Knowledge of commercial building mechanical and plumbing systems. • Working knowledge of Charles County Plumbing Code and regulations. • Valid Maryland Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Willingness to undergo additional training as needed. • Willingness to work overtime during emergencies.

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems. • Service, maintain, and rebuild pump systems, lift stations, and fire Installs water service piping and tap water/sewer mains. • Cut, bend, and thread pipes; install hot and cold water, oil, steam, or gas Repairs heating system pipes and valve traps. • Operates commercial service vehicles (trucks and vans) and tow equipment Communicates effectively with staff verbally and in writing. • step, extension, man, scissor, aerial boom, bucket trucks). • ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
