Job Title: Service Manager – RV Outfitters of Texas
Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team at RV Outfitters of Texas, a premier RV service center in Nacogdoches, TX. As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued RV customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assessing their service needs, preparing repair orders, communicating with technicians, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule customers and create service tickets
- Administer insurance and warranty claims
- Oversee tech support with customers and technicians
- Stay in contact with salespeople and customers on deliveries and repairs
- Resolving customer complaints
- Review completed tickets
- Move time to billable on service tickets
- Daily monitoring of parts delivered
- Cash out customers
- Monitor and improve gross profit
- Monitor and improve shop productivity
- Monitor shop morale
- Work on team flow and organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years RV or Automotive Service Manager experience
- Comprehensive understanding of RV systems and repair techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to motivate and direct service department staff
- Monitor shop morale
- Report on and implementing plans from management
- Work on team flow and organization
