Dundonald Hyundai – 12 month FTC Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm (40 hours per week) Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co‑ordinator / Vehicle Progressor and be the key to support our sales function. This role will allow the right person to develop their career with a market‑leading brand. You will assist our sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles, and ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard. A key part of the role is to load and maintain our online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions daily for our website and social media accounts. Responsibilities Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions onto our online showroom daily. Creating CitNOW videos for our customers. Organising vehicles on site to make them presentable for customers. Overseeing our social media accounts and tracking responses. Collecting and delivering vehicles to and from customers. Ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard. You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business. We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to detail. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes.
