Job Summary
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial production and processing machinery
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, machinery, equipment, and electrical/mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to identify and resolve mechanical failures
- Repair or replace worn, broken, or malfunctioning machine components
- Clean, lubricate, inspect, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Disassemble equipment to perform repairs and replace defective parts
- Reassemble machinery following inspections, testing, and repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Accurately document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, production equipment, and mechanical systems
- Experience performing preventative maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, work orders, and technical documents
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling throughout the shift
Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
