Nurse Practitioner Health Risk Assessments

We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners (NO PA's) for a flexible PRN 1099 role completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) who can start in APRIL for Medicare Advantage members across Maryland. This is an autonomous, field-based opportunity for clinicians who want strong supplemental income without prescribing, call, or follow-up care responsibilities. Compensation:

• 105/visit with 40–50 hours/month;
• 115/visit with 50–60 hours/month;
• 125/visit with 70+ hours/month.

Additional pay includes $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic-only no-shows and a $250 flat-rate paid training. What you’ll do: Complete in-home HRAs; Review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors; Perform basic physical and mental health evaluations; Provide preventive care education; Document visits using a company‑provided iPad / EMR platform. Coverage areas include Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, Saint Mary’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester. Current turnaround is approximately 5–7 days.
