General Information:

• Number of Beds 457 beds; 14 ORs (1 Open Heart Room; In process of coordinating for 2 Open Hearts)
• Number of Staff 8 staff members (4 RNs, 4 Techs)
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift 7a-3p with call coverage after 3p and weekend call
• Night Shift Call coverage
• Patient Ratios 1:1
• Type of equipment Standard OR equipment
• EMR - Meditech

Cardiothoracic service line

Preferred or nice to have:

candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Other service lines (Trauma, Gen, Gyn, Uro, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics etc)

Staff will be floated to other ORs when no open hearts scheduled

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• CABG (with and without EVH)
• Impellas, Pericardial windows, Valve replacements, ECMO

BLS, ACLS
