Accounting Clerk - Now Hiring

Are you highly organized with proven experience in financial data processing? Become an accounting clerk and secure immediate weekly pay with a highly flexible schedule. Your responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents before inputting data into the general ledger.
- Assist with processing customer payments, preparing bank deposits, and applying cash receipts accurately to the customer sub-ledger.
- Perform basic bank statement and general ledger reconciliation tasks under the supervision of the accounting manager.
- Accurately file and maintain all financial records, ensuring audit-readiness and adherence to internal control procedures.
- Quickly learn new chart of accounts, accounting software (erp), and client financial procedures for various short-term mandates.

work hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
