Community-Based Therapeutic Mentor — Empower Families & Youth

Family Independence, Inc. in the Greater Boston area is hiring a Therapeutic Mentor to work directly with youth and families in the community, putting each family's clinical treatment plan into action under supervision. You will carry out activities in clients' homes and in the community, accompany youth in meetings, and help connect families with DMH, DCF, DYS, DPH, and other supports while documenting progress for clinicians. #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Independence, Inc.
