Director – FP&A, Strategic Finance, Analytics & Performance Management Washington DC | Hybrid We are supporting a rapidly growing, private equity-backed financial consulting firm with the appointment of a Director within its expanding CFO Advisory platform. This role will sit across three highly relevant capability areas: FP&A and Strategic Finance Data & Analytics Enterprise Performance Management This is a senior delivery and client-facing leadership opportunity for someone who can help CFOs and finance leaders improve planning, reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance management across complex businesses. The successful individual will support and lead transformation engagements across areas such as: FP&A transformation Planning, budgeting and forecasting Finance business partnering Management reporting and performance insight KPI development and dashboarding Finance operating model improvement Strategic and transaction-related financial modelling We are particularly interested in speaking with current Directors, Senior Managers or experienced Managers from consulting and professional services firms who have strong experience advising CFOs and finance leadership teams. Relevant backgrounds could include: Finance Transformation Enterprise Performance Management Strategic Finance and FP&A Data and Analytics Digital Finance Transformation Performance Management The firm offers an entrepreneurial platform, strong private equity backing, meaningful investment in the practice and the opportunity to play a key role in scaling an integrated national CFO Advisory offering.
