Patient Financial Advocate

US Oncology

Maryland Oncology Hematology is seeking a patient financial counselor to educate patients on insurance coverage, benefits, and cost-sharing. You will assess financial ability, educate on assistance programs, and support accurate insurance eligibility updates in the system. Responsibilities include obtaining pre-authorization codes, reviewing balances, and ensuring correct co-pay input to enable proper billing. Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding and HIPAA compliance is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
