Team Lead

We are seeking a dependable team lead to oversee production operations on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for supporting daily production activities, assisting team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Location: Coldwater, OH 45828

Pay Rate: $17.70/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:30 PM 6:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees during assigned shifts.
• Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and quality standards are achieved.
• Train and assist team members with job duties and procedures.
• Communicate production issues and updates to supervisors and management.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and resolving concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork within the department.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift hours.
